After our initial brief, whether in person at our Lincoln Offices or via email, we present you with
several outline suggestions at the start. From there
we will soon have a pretty good idea where we are going. We will happily visit you at your offices
in or outside of Lincolnshire.
DESIGN
PROCESS
Our Graphic Designers in our Lincoln Offices provide the imagery, our Copy
Writers sort out the words, then we "knit" it all together to
form a superb functioning web site.
All
the way through the design process, you will be able to view
what's happening "live" so to speak, using a
special temporary web address which allows you to see your site
as it is being built at our offices in Lincolnshire. This gives us the
chance to discuss things, make changes, add, subtract etc
before it goes out for all to see.

How
Much Will This Cost Me?
The
cost of a web site depends entirely on how long it takes to
build and how involved it all is... To give you an idea of costs, you could be looking
at a few hundred pounds to get you started or for the more ambitious sites with many functions,
perhaps a £1000 or more. It really is "how long is a piece of string?". We should really discuss
your requirements together, all the better if we meet at our Lincolnshire Offices,
then let you have a free quotation.

Search
Engine Optimisation
If you want your web site to get noticed and found more
easily, it needs to have a
good "placement" on the major search engines. We
can help by making sure your Web Site is well written,
contains the right "keywords" and is structured so
that the Search Engines will like what they "see".
Believe us, if they don't... then they will ignore you.
Although
we build your site to be "search engine friendly",
it takes time to "optimise" it fully and
effectively. So to be fair, we need to charge a bit more to
do this. Our search engine optimisation service doesn't stop at just
sorting out your web pages... if you wish we will continue
to observe your site from time to time and monitor the
results. We will provide reports and suggestions on
improvements.
Costs?
All
down to time again. We can discuss this and agree on a cost
plan for keeping on top of things for you.
Search
Engine Submissions
When we have built your site, we submit it to about 200
search engines for no extra cost. You get a report to prove
it.
We
recommend that you have your site re-submitted from time to
time to keep the engines aware of your existence. Each time
you get a report on submissions and your web site's
"search engine placement".
Domain
Names
Although you can pick up domain names from thousands of
companies, we offer a domain registration service. For a 24month
subscription you would expect to pay between £25.00 and
£40.00 depending on the type of domain name.
Hosting
We will look after your site on a third party server. We don't have server facilities in our Lincoln Offices.
So we outsource this. Hosting costs vary significantly depending on your requirements. It normally starts out at around
£80.00 per year for a basic Site.
